Joy Dalesio & Mike Springer

Joy Dalesio is a 27 year veteran of law enforcement. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Mass Communications. She began her law enforcement career in Northern Arizona working with the Williams Police Department then was hired by the Arizona Department of Public Safety assigned to the Highway Patrol division where she worked in Yuma before transferring to Sierra Vista in 1996. While with the AZ DPS, she was a Field Training Instructor and held specialized positions in the areas of Collision Reconstruction, Terrorism, Hostage Negotiations, Background Investigations and Media Relations. She has received several awards and commendations throughout her career. After retiring from DPS, Joy worked part time for a couple of years for Cochise County Adult Probation conducting pre-sentence investigations on convicted felons for the Superior Court judges. Joy joined the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' team in July 2014. She handles cases in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee counties along with parts of Pima and Maricopa Counties. Her focus is on unlicensed entities. Joy is married and has three children who all have, or currently are serving in the US Armed Forces. Her husband, father, and brother have also served in the military. One of her daughters who is a medic in the Air Force is currently stationed in Afghanistan.
Mike Springer started his career in construction as a framer and spent approx. 10 years working in Cochise County with various builders. Later, he went to work for the City Of Bisbee as their Building Inspector for 7 years. Eventually, Mike left Bisbee and went to work for Cochise County as an Inspector 3 supervisor for 10 years. Mike has been with the ROC for almost a year and a half.
